Hemlock Farms Community Association in Lords Valley is a gated, residential lake community, situated on 4,500 serene wooded acres of the former historic Brewster Estate in Northeast Pennsylvania.
The community is distinguished by its abundance of nature amid modern amenities for both seasonal and year-round members. With four lakes, three swimming pools, a four-season clubhouse with an indoor pool, fitness center and exercise classes, tennis courts, clubs, available summer day camp programs, & optional membership to Lords Valley Country Club, there are activities for all members. Hemlock Farms offers a rich mix of social, recreational, and cultural experiences for every age group.

Hemlock Farms Community Association is a HOA offering 24/7 security, Advanced Life Support, and emergency services including ambulance and a volunteer fire department. Surrounded by lakes, parks, and rivers, it also has convenient local shopping and dining and is a short ride to the quaint streets and cafes of Milford, Hawley, and Lake Wallenpaupack.
Houses of worship include a Jewish Fellowship and interdenominational church on the property, and a Catholic Church right outside the gate.
Hemlock Farms Library contains more than 30,000 volumes and
provides reading for all ages.
Our History
Hemlock Farms was established on the historic Brewster Estate in Northeast Pennsylvania.

Our Facilities
Four lakes with three beaches, three pools, six hard-surface tennis courts, two Har-Tru courts, six pickleball courts, a fitness center, hiking trails, and access to a private country club with limited membership and an 18-hole championship golf course, are just some of the amenities you'll enjoy here in our Home Owners Association.
Our Community
Hemlock Farms Community Association (HFCA) is rich in culture. There are many social and educational events, as well as community concerts, art exhibits, classes, theatrical productions, and more.
