Request for Proposal – Steer Barn Indoor Clubhouse Main Pool Filtration System Modernization

Hemlock Farms Community Association (HFCA) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced commercial aquatic contractors for the modernization of the Indoor Clubhouse Pool’s main filtration system. 

The existing filtration infrastructure has reached the end of its service life and requires replacement to improve water quality, operational efficiency, indoor air quality, and long-term reliability while ensuring compliance with current commercial pool standards. 

This project is intended to be a comprehensive, turnkey upgrade of the main pool filtration and related mechanical systems.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Proposals shall be submitted electronically or in hard copy format as directed by HFCA.

Contractors must submit Certificates of Insurance for general liability, workers compensation, as well as automobile liability policies.

HFCA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and select the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Association.
