Join Dr. Jahn on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, for a hike at High Point State Park, Cedar Swamp Trail.
You will proceed around the lake after entering the main entrance but turn left at the far side of the lake to the picnic area rather than continue up the hill to the monument. Proceed on that road a quarter mile until the parking area at the yellow gate.

• 2 mile loop • Easy hike on mostly flat, paved, gravel, and boardwalk surfaces. Go to the end of the road in the Cedar Swamp Picnic Area and park. The trail begins at the yellow gate.
