About the event
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED BY SATURDAY, JULY 22, 2023. NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED.
By purchasing this participation ticket, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Hemlock Farms Community Association, its employees and its Directors in connection with any claims or action rising out of members participating in this sale. You assume responsibility for collection of sales tax and direct payment to Government Authorities.
Dates:Â August 5th and August 6th (Rain or Shine) Â
Fee: $10 to be included in the master list that will be available to members in many locations on the day of the event. Â
Sign up online or at the Administration Office by Saturday, July 22nd with details such as street address and description of key items, such as "household, other" "crafts and collectables", etc.
Members that signed up online, can bring their receipt any time before August 5th to the Administration Office to pick up their laminated sign.
Maps and your street address will be available on the day of the event at 8:00 a.m. Â The maps will be available online, as well as at the following buildings:
- Mailroom
- Administration Office
- Public Safety
- Steer Barn Clubhouse
Your name and phone number WILL NOT be available to members. HFCA requires it for contact purposes only.
