There is a charge for classified advertising on the Hemlock Farms Community Association website; however, an ad that is not income-producing (lost & found, help wanted, free items, etc.), is a charity event, or a yard/garage sale will be free of charge with a maximum of 40 words.

Any ad (other than a yard/garage sale) that is income-producing will be charged a $5.00 administration fee to be posted for a period of up to 30 calendar days or $10.00 to be posted for up to three months. Payment must be received by HFCA before the ad runs. The ad will be placed on the website as soon as reasonably possible depending on staff availability.

Businesses interested in advertising should contact advertising@hfca.com to learn about sponsorship and other advertising opportunities with Hemlock Farms.
