The Hemlock Farms Library, formed in 1976, is staffed entirely by volunteers.  Reading programs are offered to children on a year-round basis. The Library houses thousands of books and provides readers with a variety of selections from current best-sellers, fiction, non-fiction, history, biography, arts and "How-to books", as well as a large section for children, youth and young adults.

In addition, the Library provides a Wi-Fi hotspot for members to access the web.
